Drago Edilstudio for Boutique Hotel Kircher – Sarentino Valley

Our contribution between tradition and innovation

Thanks to the synergy with the wonderful local companies of the valley, we at Drago Edilstudio contributed to the expansion and renovation work of the Boutique Hotel Kircher in Val Sarentino, creating a new portion of the hotel and working on the common areas and restaurant area of the existing building.

Initial client requirements

For the expansion and renovation project of the Boutique Hotel Kircher, the client involved us with the objective of ensuring consistency between the new part and the existing building, focusing on technical solutions capable of combining aesthetics, comfort, and functionality.

The main requirements included acoustic insulation of the rooms, enhancement of spaces through integrated architectural elements, and creation of high-performance suspended ceilings, especially in the wellness area, where it was necessary to meet specific needs related to humidity and the quality of the sensory experience.

An ambitious project, designed to offer guests an exclusive stay in a context of great value.

Technical approach and completed implementations

Coated plaster work

The work involved various areas of the hotel:

  • New rooms and suites featuring high acoustic insulation standards
  • High acoustic insulation partition walls to effectively separate rooms from each other and from common areas
  • Interior walls for bathrooms, made with specific materials for space optimization
  • Suspended ceilings integrated with architectural solutions for housing indirect lighting and LED strip profiles


Advanced solutions for the wellness area

Special attention was dedicated to the wellness area and pool.

We executed:

  • Sound-absorbing acoustic suspended ceilings, made with panels and specific metal structures ideal for environments at high risk of corrosion.
  • Coated plaster work for lighting with integrated solutions for inserting indirect lights and LED strip profiles, enhancing the atmosphere of the spaces.

Comment on the final result

Our contribution to Hotel Kircher in Val Sarentino was able to combine aesthetics, comfort, and high-quality technical solutions. A project that confirms our focus on innovation and attention to detail in the hospitality sector.
