Drago Edilstudio for Boutique Hotel Kircher – Val Sarentino

Our contribution: a blend of tradition and innovation

Thanks to the synergy with the wonderful local companies in the valley, we at Drago Edilstudio contributed to the expansion and renovation of the Boutique Hotel Kircher in Val Sarentino, building a new section of the hotel and working on the common areas and the restaurant area of the existing building.

Initial client requirements

For the expansion and renovation project of the Boutique Hotel Kircher, the client brought us on board to ensure consistency between the new section and the existing building, focusing on technical solutions capable of combining aesthetics, comfort, and functionality.

The main requirements included soundproofing for the rooms, enhancing the spaces through integrated architectural elements, and the installation of high-performance ceilings, especially in the wellness area, where it was necessary to meet specific needs related to humidity and the quality of the sensory experience.

An ambitious project, designed to offer guests an exclusive stay in a prestigious setting.

Technical approach and completed implementations

Plasterboard and drywall works

The work covered several areas of the hotel:

  • New rooms and suites featuring high soundproofing standards
  • High-performance soundproof partition walls to effectively separate rooms from each other and from common areas
  • Internal bathroom walls, made with specific materials to optimize space
  • False ceilings integrated with architectural solutions for indirect lighting and LED profiles


Advanced solutions for the wellness area

Particular attention was paid to the wellness area and swimming pool.

We carried out:

  • Sound-absorbing acoustic ceilings, made with specific panels and metal structures ideal for high-corrosion environments.
  • Plasterboard work for lighting with integrated solutions for indirect lights and LED profiles, enhancing the atmosphere of the spaces.

Comment on the final result

Our contribution to Hotel Kircher in Val Sarentino combined aesthetics, comfort, and high-quality technical solutions. This project confirms our focus on innovation and attention to detail in the hospitality sector.
