Dry Construction in Residential Complex Chiavari

A cutting-edge project in the construction sector

In the Eastern Liguria region, in Chiavari, we had the opportunity to construct a building among the first to be built entirely with the dry system, cutting-edge technology that combines sustainability, high performance, and speed of execution. In this project, we adopted advanced solutions to guarantee thermal and acoustic insulation, energy efficiency, and aesthetic quality, confirming our expertise in the dry construction sector.

Initial client requirements

This construction method, free from traditional masonry, required the use of steel carpentry and plasterboard sheets that allowed us to:

  • Reduce the weight of the structure
  • Optimize construction times
  • Guarantee high thermal and acoustic insulation performance that is essential – in this case especially – for a building located just a few meters from the railway.

Technical approach and completed implementations

Advanced Construction Solutions

We handled the entire external envelope of the building, in addition to the construction of:

  • Internal partition walls between apartments and within each unit
  • Suspended ceilings, which allowed us to integrate and conceal the load-bearing structures
  • External thermal insulation system, implemented with certified solutions to guarantee high energy efficiency standardsFurthermore, as certified applicators and official Saint-Gobain partners, we used certified Gyproc stratigraphic packages, guaranteeing professional installation to ensure maximum quality and safety.
