Custom design and acoustic comfort thanks to dry solutions
For Hotel Monterosa, a historic structure in the heart of Chiavari, we handled a renovation intervention aimed at enhancing key areas of the hotel through the use of custom dry solutions, designed to improve aesthetics and functionality.
For the restyling of Hotel Monterosa in Chiavari, we were involved in an intervention that combined elegance, comfort and functionality.
The objective was to enhance key spaces of the hotel (such as the breakfast area and rooms) with custom dry construction work that would guarantee a refined aesthetic result and maximum acoustic comfort for guests. Also fundamental was the desire to make the best use of natural light, maintaining welcoming and modern environments.
Breakfast area: natural light and architectural details
The first phase of work involved the “breakfast area: we created cladding for partition walls with backlit decorative niches that combine functionality and style, enhancing the” environment with light effects.
The suspended ceiling was designed to perfectly integrate the existing skylights, ensuring natural light entry from above and maintaining uniform lighting throughout the space.
To divide the space, we created drywall pillars that are partially glazed, which define the spaces without visually weighing them down, promoting a perception of lightness and modernity.
Renovated rooms: acoustic comfort and integrated lighting
Our intervention also involved the rooms, where suspended ceilings were created for integrating lights, air conditioning and curtain tracks, hidden in specially designed niches.
We also upgraded some partition walls with the objective of increasing acoustic insulation between rooms, ensuring a high level of sound comfort for guests.
A project that enhances the hotel’s identity
The intervention at Hotel Monterosa demonstrates how dry solutions can contribute decisively to the renovation of a hospitality structure, combining aesthetics, efficiency and comfort.
